	When publishing research results obtained from telescopes, a reference in the publication to the telescope and scientific equipment is a prerequisite. It is also necessary to insert information on support for the operation of telescopes, which is given here.

Note: When filling in a proposal for small-sized telescopes, please note that the principal systems for accepting requests are the online forms for the BTA (for small-sized optical telescopes) and the RATAN (for RT-22). At the very beginning, when filling out the proposal, use the drop-down list with short names of telescopes on the first tab (Program. General data). Then it is recommended to click the [Save] button, so that on the Instrument Requirements tab there is an opportunity to select the necessary method/instrument from the list for previously selected telescope (the lists are based on circular letters).
