The observational databanks ODA-R and ODA-B/SS. The filters of input shells.

The subsystems of input data filtering for the databanks ODA-R and ODA-B/SS
are described. The complexes of the filter programs are the parts of input
interface shells of the systems and they provide automatic check and
additional conversion of received experimental data for the correct filling
of standardized archive bases.
